Soufflé au Grand Marnier & Crème anglaise

I was totally up to showing the steps of making it.
I took all those pictures during my procedure of making it.
but as I was almost done , the page froze and I didn't save it , and they're all gone.
And I'm really tired. And am so not up to re-do all the stuff.
And since no one cares about the steps and no one really look at my blog (maybe this is a blog used to service my own ego)
